Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@laredodiscgolfstore.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
Want a different item? The fastest way to exchange is:

Refunds & Store Credit
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
• Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
• Store Credit: If preferred, we can issue store credit for a future purchase.
